1. A sponsor must be a recognized, stable organization with the capacity to be an initial and ongoing sponsor of the project.
2. A sponsor must have the financial capacity to acquire the Begin with the Children educational materials used in the project.
3. A sponsor must be licensed by World Peace Parents Foundation.
4. A sponsor must agree to undertake the project as a nonpolitical, nonprofit and non-denominational activity.

Sponsor Responsibility: Sponsors are asked to work within their local community to offer a Begin with the Children "Parenting Kit" to all parents of newborn children during their Magic Moment. These parents are invited to make a Parents Pledge to show their newborn child lots of love and to teach noble universal values, principles, virtues, and common civility. In conjunction with taking the Parents Pledge, these parents are invited to seek, study, and use proven parenting principles to provide their children an environment that goes beyond the daily need of food, shelter, and clothing.
