The Begin with the Children project evolved from the community service project Empower the Family-first sponsored by the Rotary Club of Garrettsville-Hiram, Ohio. World Peace Parents Foundation was organized as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt public charity to refine and adapt the initial Empower the Family project for other communities. The Begin with the Children project is an outgrowth of that process.
